A full visual walkthrough of the property, focused on the areas most prone to moisture, with professional moisture-meter readings on suspect surfaces.
Lab Testing
When sampling will answer a specific question, air and surface samples are collected and sent to an accredited, independent third-party lab. Results typically arrive within 3 business days.
Clear Report
A written report with findings, photos, lab results where applicable, and practical recommendations — in plain language, with no pressure to buy anything.
What you receive
A written report documenting what was inspected, the conditions observed, moisture readings, photographs of each finding, laboratory results where sampling was performed, and practical next-step recommendations prioritized by urgency. Findings are explained in plain language on-site before the written report follows.

An inspection covers visible and accessible areas of the property. Sampling is recommended only when it will answer a specific question — visible mold often doesn't require testing, and Apex Property Assurance will tell you so. An inspection is not a medical evaluation or a remediation proposal, and lab analysis is always performed by an accredited, independent laboratory.
