If you call, text, or email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment information online.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform inspections, prepare your inspection report, and keep business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which processes the form data on our behalf. This website is hosted on Vercel. When laboratory testing is part of your inspection, sample information (not your health information) is shared with the independent laboratory performing the analysis. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry and inspection records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and insurance obligations, and maintain business records. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time.
Your choices

Children
This website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
